But as we all know, maintaining long hair can be challenging. After striving to grow your hair for months or even years, you may wind up with damaged ends, lost volume at the roots, or lackluster lengths.



To assist you take care of your mermaid hair, I'll share some of our favorite routines and expert advice!

To effectively care for your long hair, you must establish a hair routine.

Caution! Having a routine does not always mean using the same products every time; rather, it means knowing the measures to follow to have beautiful hair.

Before shampooing, take the following precautions:

To maintain healthy hair lengths and ends, long hair—especially thick, textured, or severely damaged hair—needs sustenance.

This may be accomplished by applying a pre-shampoo treatment once per week, such as an oil bath or a product made for the purpose.

By keeping it on the lengths and ends of your hair for up to one night, you may deeply feed the fiber.

Long hair that is malnourished responds well to the following natural oils:

Long hair is profoundly nourished, rehydrated, and protected with argan oil.

After every wash, use a detangling and nourishing treatment.

Instead of using a mask, use a detangling treatment. It prevents breakage while moisturizing your hair and makes detangling simpler.

Think about using keratin to preserve the lengths and ends of your hair. This protein naturally makes up 95% of hair and is responsible for its elasticity, resilience, and luster.

Long hair will be strengthened, nourished, and protected with a keratin mask, making it less likely to break.

In-room conditioner:

After shampooing your long hair, you may apply a leave-in conditioner to keep it moisturized and nourished.

Applying hydrating milk to the hair every day prevents it from drying out.

Finally, think about how to maintain healthy hair ends.
