BLACKHEADS SKINCARE

BLACKHEADS SKINCARE

Hello to everybody! People routinely ask me how to "cure" or "get rid of" blackheads.

BUT let's look at what's causing them first.

REASONS INCLUDE:

  • Sebum production is out of control.
  • accumulation of skin cells
  • hormone adjustments (which result in a decrease in oil production)
  • a buildup of Cutibacterium acnes

So pay attention: blackheads aren't dirt; they are really a hump in the follicle formed by oxidized melanin from oil and dead skin cells, which becomes black when exposed to air. They are a less severe kind of acne!

I like eating strips since they are a nice food. If you simply want a temporary solution and don't want to deal with the "problem," I advise using them.

Anyway, how to manage them ?

  • Use non-oil-based cosmetics and skincare products.
  • Not a good idea to squeeze or clean them.
  • Use a retinoid and a BHA (SALICYLIC ACID) chemical exfoliant in your skincare regimen.
  • Always wash your face completely and remove any makeup and/or sunscreen residue before starting your nighttime routine.
  • Visit your dermatologist for adequate care, which may entail professional extractions, chemical peels, and other procedures, if the blackheads are severe.

FYI Dead skin cells are removed from the skin with chemical exfoliants like BHA. Instead of a physical exfoliation like face scrubs, it's a chemical exfoliator that helps to enter your skin deeply and remove dead skin.

I'll discuss chemical exfoliants in more depth in a forthcoming article, including which chemical you should use.😉

The "SOME BY MI" bubble cleanser, which contains BHA and helps with thorough cleaning, comes highly recommended.

SEE YA !
